I am a certified "Relocation Specialist" and licensed "Broker" - and have a lot of experience helping people and families relocate from all across the country into this area of New Hampshire, as well as experience helping people and families relocating out of this area to other states.  My general service area here in Southern New Hampshire includes but is not limited to the towns of: Atkinson, Bedford, Candia, Chester, Deerfield, Derry, Hampstead, Hudson, Litchfield, Londonderry, Merrimack, Nashua, Pelham, Raymond, Salem, Sandown, and Windham.

I communicate daily with many sales and broker associates in this area, and quite often know what homes are available - BEFORE they are advertised in the market! This gives me a big advantage because quite frankly, in this area it's a Sellers paradise. Many times, in the amount of time it takes to get the paperwork done and into the MLS and local Newspapers, Hot Desirable homes have already been seen and placed on contract. Because of my efforts in communicating with Agents within my office, and Agents at other firms, I have the inside track, and can serve you best!!!
